Hello,
I am having a problem with the Sync Out on my V120:Trio. I use the Sync Out recording gate to trigger some external hardware, but it has stopped working. I've used this setup for many months, so I know it typically works reliably. To check the output, I connected a voltmeter to the sync out connector on the I/O-X. I find that the output is always 0V, and the signal does not go high when I start recording. Likewise, if i invert the sync output polarity in Motive, the output stays at 0V and does not invert.
I have tried powering the V120:Trio off and on, and rebooting my computer, neither has helped. I'm running Motive V2.2.0. I've verified my external hardware is still working properly.
Is there anything else I can try, or has the hardware broken somehow?
Thanks!
