Hello,
Just wanted to post this to the forum with the hopes of getting some assistance from the TrackIR Support Team.
I purchased the TrackIR 5 a couple of years back and have had an excellent
experience with it - no complaints at all. Recently, however, one of the
"legs" on the base that allows us to attach the device onto our monitor
screen got broken after I tried adjusting it one day. I was wondering if
there was any way in which I can get a replacement for the base? The
TrackIR itself is still in pristine condition! The base is just unable to
attach itself to the monitor. I have included all of the order details and
proof of purchase below for your review. Thank you so much for your help.
