Hello John1086,

Please check whether the SmartNav device is being recognized in Device Manager. Does it show up in the list of devices, or is there an unknown device listed there?

Kind Regards,

Hi Jillian. It does show up in the list of devices. I've opened the properties from there and it says 'the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28)'. It says to 'click update driver', which I did, but 'Windows could not find drivers for the device'. Does that help?

I have just updated to Windows 11on one of my computers (I have 2 - 1 wheelchair, 1bed). Something very strange happened : Smartnav works fine BUT the cursor is invisible.....it shows if a standard mouse is plugged in a spare USB port - but I lose a USB port. Has anyone encountered this problem ?
