Cannot Install TrackIr software

I have the Clip pro device and every time I tried to download the software, I received the message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

How can I solve this problem?

Hello FlyingNinja113,

First, can you open up Device Manager and see if Track IR 5 is listed under NaturalPoint Devices? If not, try unplugging and plugging it back in to see if it shows up as an 'Unknown Device' somewhere else. Once you locate it, you will want to update the drivers for it.

Right click on it and select update driver. Choose the option to 'Browse my computer for driver software', and then Browse to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64.

If the problem persists, there may be a service on your computer that is not running correctly. Please see this Microsoft forum post that gives options to resolve the issue: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mso ... 0d815dc319

A notice reading "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" appeared when I attempted to download the program.

Hello partmedical,

Please make sure you have the C++ Redistributables installed, especially the 2013 version, both x86 and x64: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=40784. If the problem is present regardless of what software you are trying to install, it may be an issue with the Windows Installer Service or another Windows component.
