TrackIr not working in Star Citizen 3.19

I have not been able to get TrackIr to work in game. The TrackIR software recognizes the unit and I have gone into options and set as much as I can find, but in game it is not working.
Does any one have solution and proper set up in the game options.

Hello RachelD,

It sounds like the TrackIR is working when using just the TrackIR software. You may need to try running both the TrackIR software and Star Citizen 3.19 as an Administrator. I am running the trackIR software as administrator in conjugation with SC. I will review the video provided and let you know if that resolves the problem. Its been a few years since I have been able to use TrackIR and I know SC is very finicky on the set up.
