Problem with TrackClip Pro

Good morning

Here is my problem, it has been 1 month since I had the TrackIR 5 + TrackClipPro pack that I bought on https://www.trackir.fr/fr.

Suddenly, my TrackClipPro no longer works.

I wrote to https://www.trackir.fr/fr/ for my problem.

-I tested on another game.
-I uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
-I updated the driver.
-I restarted my PC several times.
-I tested with TrackClip it works but not with TrackClip Pro

Would it be possible to have a change or refund of the accessory. At the moment I'm playing with the TrackClip

Because you purchased the TrackIR bundle from our reseller, trackir.fr, they will need to be the one to process the replacement. Please reach out to them again and request an RMA. You will find information about their RMA process here: https://www.trackir.fr/en/content/20-re ... oursements.
