New PC - Unable to download TrackIR software

I have been a TrackIR user for many years and when I received my new PC, I thought it would be simple to install the software and use the head tracking in MSFS and DCS.
Unfortunately, I am unable to access any Natural Point Web pages so I am stuck.

Is this likely to be resolved ? Are there any safe locations for the TrackIR 5 software.?
I am guessing that it isn't realistic to transfer the software from my old PC.

I do hope that there is a solution to this problem !

I apologize for the delay in responding to your message. Were you able to access our website successfully? We had a few outages recently, but I believe they have been resolved.
