Can we find out when the trackir.com site will be active again, because for the moment we cannot use the IR track because the "Check game for update" no longer works, which means that the Ir track does not work in games.

We are experiencing a sporadic issue with the TrackIR server and updating the gameslist. We are working to get it fixed as soon as possible. It should be working right now, but if it isn't working when you try it, please try again later.

The updating does not work again!
We are all just sitting here not being able to use TrackIR in our games now!

Ah, I'm about to buy a new unit...I guess I should wait a little longer. Doesn't look good with TrackIR5 in 2024 (more problems than we'd like)

Hi! It seems like the website is down again. trackir website as well as naturalpoint and games list updates won’t work either.

Can you have a look (or maybe provide the current games list)?

The TrackIR website is still down. I'm not able to download the software and my new TrackIR is sitting here useless. Any estimate on when the site will be back up?

I apologize for the inconvenience. For right now, the best options are to either try downloading the software at a different time of day or to reach out to us for Technical Support on the contact page (https://www.trackir.com/help). We can provide a different link to download the current software.
