my problem is the following, after launching the tracker, I open my game xplane 11, I chose a plane and when the plane is open the tracker does not work despite the fact that both lights are yellow. I have to open another plane to track it works is not normal to repair

I want to be sure I understand what you are seeing. It sounds like the TrackIR is working in the TrackIR software, and it is working with some planes in X-Plane. Is that correct? If so, you will need to work with X-Plane to see why it isn't working with specific planes. I would make sure you have enabled TrackIR in the X-Plane software (see this link for directions: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/f ... -plane-11/).
