Hi NashV1,

Did you purchase your unit directly from the TrackIR website or one of our authorized dealers? Is your unit more than a few years old? I am not aware of any TrackClip Pros sold without the USB power tap over the past several years.

If you would like, you can fill out a help request on our website (https://www.trackir.com/help), and we can verify that the unit you have purchased is authentic. If it is not, that may explain the behavior you are seeing.

Kind Regards,

I did not consider this. I bought it from Amazon in 2023. I'll fill out the request, thank you.
