Camera stopped working

Hi!
When I open the program, both camera LEDs don't light up. When I enter a game (DCS), the right LED lights up. But the camera doesn't recognize the clip, and the left LED doesn't light up. On the control panel, in the lower right corner, the camera status icon indicates it's working. However, the clip isn't recognized, and there's no head tracking. However, when I press the pause button, both LEDs light up orange. I've tried changing the USB drive, uninstalling the program, and reinstalling it, but the problem persists. I don't know what's going on.
Could the camera simply be dead? How can I check if it's the camera?

Hello RacoonChile,

The left LED indicates whether the camera is detecting either the LEDs (from the TrackClip Pro), or the reflection of the IR lights (from the TrackClip). If there is no left LED, then the camera isn't picking up three reflections or LEDs. I would first start by switching the TrackIR software to camera view mode so you can see what is being detected by the camera. If you are using the TrackClip Pro, you can check whether all three LEDs are lit by using a cell phone camera to verify that each one is glowing. If you are using the TrackClip (hat clip), try increasing the IR Brightness and decreasing the Light Filter Threshold.
