Uninstall information is maintained by windows and is found in the registry in a common location for all programs. Digging through there and finding the TrackIR entries to remove them can be troublesome and potentially damage other software or your OS installation.
What you may want to do is move to the local admin account (this is disabled by default in Windows 7 and does have more permissions than even an "administrator" user account). There is a good walkthrough on enabling this account here.
