OK ... here was my solution to my white screen when opening the TRACK IR software... I plugged in the device ! Someone left it unplugged when doing a repair, but the system might at least tell me "NO DEVICE FOUND" showing me nothing is the worst kind of black box.Thiought you would like to know... I fixed prior to uninstalling everything or updating each C++ software item. :D ;)
