Same thing to me. Then installing 5.2 again is not working in windows 7. What to do??

Hello, sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the software. Did you try the solution below?

I solved this by using the device manager, right click the item not recognised, search for driver manually and search C:\ drive.
Don't search he install folder, I have a suspicion that the USB drivers are being installed somewhere else on C drive.

Anyway for me Windows found then driver and it's now working as it should.
