Hi,
Suddenly I've strted to experience that my TIR hangs and stosp respond after some 10 minutes. I also have Win 10 CU installed and I have tried all solutions in this forum.
Delete all Naturalpoint software/drivers and reinstall.
Delete and reinstall Nvidia drivers, now I've reverted back some releases but nothing.
Formatted and reinstalled windows, but nothing helps. Any ideas?
TrackIr Windows 10 Creator update.
Re: TrackIr Windows 10 Creator update.
Update to my problem above:
By reverting to TIR software 5.4.0 together with Nvidia driver 382.05 I got everything working again. Have to try and figure out what's happened since it worked OK before.

MA_Goblin,
Please let me know if that changes or if you do find out what is breaking it after the update.

Re: TrackIr Windows 10 Creator update.
Tried to install software version 5.4.2 on Windows 10 Creator's Edition in administrator mode today and I get the message "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". HELP!

a523309,
Here are the troubleshooting steps that I was able to find for this error.
1. At times the download can get corrupted, so clear your browser cache and download and install the program again and see.
2.] Log in with your Administrator account if possible and see if you can run it now. Right-click on the app’s exe file and select Run as Administrator. Does that work?
3. If it is the program shortcut that is giving this problem, open its Program folder and see if you can run the main executable from there.
4. As a temporary workaround disable your SmartScreen and see if it helps. Make sure that you enable SmartScreen again as it is a good security feature.
5. Perform a Clean Boot and see if you can run it. If you can, then you will have to manually identify and eliminate the offending process that is blocking Windows from running the app in normal boot. Remember to exit the Clean Boot State once you complete troubleshooting.
Please let me know if these do not resolve your issue.

Re: TrackIr Windows 10 Creator update.
My TrackIR has been working great until today. My bootcamp graphics driver updated and now I can't even open the trackIR software. I double click and nothing happens. Been searching for an answer for several hours now and still not working. Has anybody found a solution yet? Is this a software issue or is there something wrong with the camera?
