2.01b FB/enhanced mode problem

YAYYYYYYY!!!!! I got it!

You may want to keep this tech note handy somewhere, but the fix is simple.

-In IL2 FB main folder, open file "CONF.INI"
-locate [rts] section
-change trackIRUSE=0 to 1

here's a sample of that section of the ini:

;ProcessAffinityMask=1
mouseUse=2
joyUse=1
trackIRUse=1
DisableIME=0
locale=

Is IL-2 FB the only Enhanced title that you have? I'm just curious because we don�t have the slightest idea why you'd be unable to use the trackIR Enhanced mode in 2.01b. You have downloaded the updated version I assume?

Okay, I just tried FS2002 and it works properly, no problem. I'm able to move the mouse independently from having the TIR control the view.

What else can I try?

I already have this setting enabled. I loaded up FB yesterday for the first time and my trackIR worked in enhanced mode with no problems. Why would your setting have turned itself off ?
