Hi,
Anything that can use a joystick i can get TiR working as a joystick but there seems to be more range in the X axis than the Y axis. If you could disable TiR support in Lomac you will probably find you could use TiR as a joystick to fly. I dont have Lomac so i cant try. I just tried TiR as a joystick in IL2 after disabling TiR support in conf.ini and i can control the plane using TiR.
Peter i have a feature request! Any chance of mapping the dot area size to the Z or R Axis if you ever run out of things to do, I`m sure i will find a use for it .
Thanks for your little program as it has given me back some keymapping features for TiR, Im using it in Operation Flashpoint at the moment to move the head....at last!!!.....cool!!! Cant wait for 'Proper' support now though :/

goto...
http://forums.naturalpoint.com/cgi-bin/ ... 6;t=000053
then use the link for joyToKKey to download it. There is a keymapper with ppJoy it appears but it wont work for me. You prolly already have Tir2joy and ppjoy.
1) Run TiR software (Enhanced Mode)
2) Run Tir2Joy. Make sure it sees movement. If it dont then click Mouse Emulation mode then back to Enhanced mode and it should work.
3) Run Joy2Key and click create button
You will see an 'OTHERS' Tab on the right. There you will see 'Number of joystick to configure (max 16)'. Make sure the number there is the same amount as there are controllers connected to your system. I have 7!!! So if you only have x45 and ppJoy just put in 2. Go back to 'Joysticks' Tab. Depending on how many joysticks you told it you have you will see Tabs labeled Joystick 1, Joystick 2...etc. Have a look in Control Panel/Game Controllers and see where in the list ppJoy is. If it is second you click on Joystick 2 Tab in JoyToKey. Now click on 'LEFT' and a window appears. Press the key combination you require and it should show up in the box (yellow coloured?). Do same for 'RIGHT'. After setting your keys it is a good idea to go back to the 'Others' Tab and give a little deadzone, i have 10% here. You can adjust deadzone in JoyToKey or TiR software since we are in enhanced mode. Open up Notepad and hit F12 to centre TiR. Move your head and if all goes well and you understood whatever i just wrote you are sorted and have a working 4 key mapper....that works . Map anything to UP and DOWN if you want but i dont in OFP because it just not a good idea. Try it and you will prolly see what i mean
Oh!..after setting up JoyToKey quit it and restart it before trying it out in a game. Your settings will be saved. If you just go play and you crash you will have to re confiure it again
If none of the above makes any sense let me know and i'll try again
