I also have no glowing blue led.
Seems a problem of quality control.
I got my TrackIR 3 pro in October from edimensional too. As long as the led is ony for show I can life without it, I only hope the other parts are bette quality

I too do not have the blue LED switch on when in Enhanced mode - I received mine from Edimentional about a month ago. Am considering asking for it to be replaced.
