This is what our developer recommends:

"For tracking issues, I would suggest the user to check the TrackIR software when the issue starts occurring. If the same tracking issue occurs in there, switch to the Camera View and check to make sure all three markers are tracked continuously and there are no other noise in the background."

This has been verified before! There is nothing that interferes with the Trackir camera

Have you verified the lack of interference while the game is running? The behavior you are seeing can happen if another LED light source is briefly detected.

Well, there is nothing interfering with the camera and no additional red dots. I don't know what's going on and it's really discouraging me!

Were you able to test with a different computer? Can you try running the software with only a mouse and keyboard connected (no other peripherals)?

Nothing I do solves it, I've already tested it on another PC and nothing, no USB together and the problem continues! Giving up in 3, 2, 1....

If the same issue is happening with a different computer, then the issue may be with the TrackIR hardware itself. How old is your TrackIR camera?
