As Barred wrote, change the "Light filtering" to get smaller dots.
Activate the "Tracking" window (Menue -> View -> Tracking), click on "Settings" in the "Tracking" window and deactivate Light Filtering or set it to 130+.

My "heart almost stopped" yesterday when all I could get in my track ir screen was green stripes here and there, and nothing worked any more

I reboted but still nothing, so I de-installed, deleted files and reg, and re-installed the TIR software.

Phew, that solved the stripe thing, and the system is up and running again.

So now I have the default settings, so that fixed the steep settings.

Still need to set the light filter setting.
