Phalcon51,
We are aware of this problem.
What kind of setup are you using that requires you to have your unit inverted?
Is it not possible to use your unit in the normal position until we have this solved?
I will have a word with the developers tomorrow morning.
Strange Response with tIR Inverted
Re: Strange Response with tIR Inverted
Thanks Wayne. It's just the way my computer table is arranged that neccesitates inverting the camera in order to move it further away for a better FOV. I've mickey-moused a temporary taped cardboard mount on the back of my monitor where I can mount it right-side up till you're able to correct the problem. With this I've been able to move it about 21" away which helps a bit.
Re: Strange Response with tIR Inverted
Phalcon, I tried it up side down and tried some of the curve settings and shapes. I have had the same problems that you are having. I have even tried reversing the Vector as well as the sensor, working on the theory that if they are both upside down then they should see each other the right way up. Whilst it worked to a degree the Vector was a pain and kept diverting my attention.
I had uninstalled the drivers completely when I reversed the TIR and again when I put it back to my normal position.
Now I am finding that I am having a few tracking problems of my own
Looking right is very slow and then goes hay wire and looking down has an even worse effect, the tracking bombs down so the head is totally upside down then seems to lock untill F12 is used.
As I had it working OK before, I will uninstall it again and delete any Regestry Keys and start again
I will let you know if that works so that I can pass on to you any possible ideas.
