I do apologize for the wait, I do know this is frustrating. I have passed all your details and dx.log on to our developer who is taking a look at this for us.

I have sent you a pm with my home e-mail, so that we can take a look at this when I am at home, while the developer is running some tests.

Ensure I have your phone number also, when you e-mail me.
