hi . im cain of new on this game!! and i can fly well , but i really like it. i wonder if some wan can be my instructor and also want to know if u guy have online events. ill be glad if some one helps me out! F/A-18 is the best game ever but there is to many bottons and staff !

There are almost always some people flying online. Got to http://hyperfighter.sk/ (of which Natural Point is a sponsor) and get the latest version of the hyperlobby client.

But, make sure you have the latest patch and other add-ons. Goto www.simhq.com or here for the latest information. There are stickys that will help walk you through all that this sim has to offer.

I found out something important. As per Frenchy's readme, you need to run the game in WinXP in Win98 compatibility mode. I have not been able to get TrackIR 3 Pro to work using Windows 2000 with Jane's F/A-18.

I upgraded to XP and it works perfectly! How did I ever fly without it.
