I believe that this has a strong possibility of being a hardware failure issue. Please contact Rick at

Hi,
I have emalied him the problem since wenesday, november 29th and sent him the log on USB device yesterday and still waiting for reply. I have emailed him tonight for replacement will wait for reply.

hi,
I have another computer and tried that, same results just like my ther computer that I tried the first time, anyways it is an hardware failure, so I am going to get exchenge for bad one to a new one and I have been contacting rick by email for replacement and ask him to check the bad one to diagnose to see what is wrong with it.
And thank you guys for helping me try to get the Track IR working, unfortunate it is not working.
