My problem seemed to be hardware as says in the line of setupapi:

Yours read:
USB\VID_0547&PID_2235\5&91AF45B&0&1

Mine read:
USB\VID_0000&PID_0000\5&160F4E1&0&2

No info about usb unit (0000&PID_0000)
