Ahh...here may be the problem. How do I do that?

Go into the profiles tab, TrackIR software, highlight one of the available profiles, and select edit. Under the motion tab, is an option for TrackClip Pro. You will need to do this for each profile under available profiles.

Just got this gadget and have plugged it in etc. I'm using the version4.1.29.

When I check the profiles I only have the Vector and Dot options not the Tracking Clip option at all

Edit - OK - I uninstaled the software and reinstalled it and it's now showing up ok.

I have done some experimenting over the last few days since my ckip arrived, and found this :-

is the best setup that I have found.

I achieved this by moving the camera about 5cm from the center of my view (your view might not be dead centre of your monitor) and rotating the camera to the left very slightly.

I hope it works for you all.

Yep turning off the light filtering helped a lot. Must say it's a lot more fiddly just getting the right position with this pro clip than the usual clip.

It's certainly better for OFF/CFS3.

BOBII is very weird the head rolls dramatically in the opposite roll direction from my head.. even with roll turned off for the profile. Haven't worked that one out yet.
