Ok, so if I were to wait until new software was released, and it still didn't fix the problem, would I be able to return TrackClip Pro? Even if it took over my allowed 30 days specified by your return policy?

Another question... I bought TrackClip Pro in a bundle pack with TrackIR 4 + TrackClip Pro + FSX. Does this prohibit me from returning TrackClip Pro in any way?

No it does not, you can return just the TrackClip Pro, if you wish........

The 30-day return policy would still be in effect, as we do not have a date for a new software release.

How much would the refund be for TrackClip Pro? And, how would I go about returning it?

We would refund the cost of the TrackClip Pro unit, when purchased in the bundle.

Could you please find out how much that would be? Because, on my order form it lists it as being $39.95, but there is also a -$90 promotional coupon, so I don't know what it would equate out to.

I will check with the sales department.....

The $39.95 price, is the default listing before any coupons are attached, or discounted off the order.
