Nope, as it seems to be intermittent, and can be fine on some chipsets, and system configurations, and not on others, also dependent on the firmware implementation by the motherboard manufacture.

just to make sure that i am clear about what you are saying...
you are saying that Track IR is a USB 1.1 device and not a USB 2.0 capable device?
