Hello,
I have exactly the same problem but only running FSX. I have two hard drives, one with Windows Vista 64 bits and FSX and the other with Windows XP and FS9.
Everything goes smoothly with XP and FS9 but I have those extrange head movements with Vista and FSX.
I have the latest Track IR software in both systems.
Thanks for the support
Francisco

In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?
Connected directly to the system, or using a hub?
tried moving USB ports?

Vincent,
I've tried all my available USB ports, same performance with all of them... jerky basically.
On to profile file sizes:
Combat_Flight.XML 1.83KB (4.00KB on disk)
Default_Profile.XML 3.91KB (4.00KB on disk)
Flight.XML 1.82KB (4.00KB on disk)
Racing.XML 1.68KB (4.00KB on disk)

Sorry, Vincent.
Disabling had no positive effect. Jerkiness is same as before.

Vincent,
I have run out of ideas to make this device work.
I hope you can find the magic something to fix it but if not, how do I go about getting it replaced under warranty, if indeed it is faulty?
