Arena don't see the license file .dat

Can you try a clean install of the software using 1.3.035

I have installed the 1.3.035 version but i have the same problem but with a difference, now the red led cameras is not alight.

This morning i have start arena and all work
very strange .... i have calibrate the cameras and save the .cal file and all ok but when i have restart the pc and i have try to re-open the arena, again the old problem! arena is start but i don't see the interface i see the arena in work only with alt-ctrl-canc..

Ok, this could be am issue with the cameras not getting enough power.

1 - You are using the dlink hubs we sent with the cameras?

2 - Have you tried unplugging the cameras, from the PC, and the hubs? Rebooting the system, then plug the cameras back into the hubs -> hubs into the system -> then start the Software again.

i have make calibration i have see the numbers led on camera 1,2,3,4,5,6
i have create my calibration setup all ok
so my hubs work fine
But when i have reboot the pc and restart arena ... nothing arena don't start.

yes i have follow the 2 suggestion about unplugging and now work !!!
but when i make reboot i have the same problem

Does this also happen if you power down the PC, and then reboot?

yes.. only then reboot with usb camera and hubs blug to pc
but if the usb cables camera is not plug to hubs and reboot the pc and then plug the usb cameras to hubs , all work and arena is open ...
