I followed your instructions - including removing the software before deleting the Natural Point folder - but it still gave me the same runtime error....sorry!

When reinstalling, please try installing it into another folder

There is a default profile now showing. I installed it into a new folder (same drive). Now when I activate the oprogramme from the installed desktop shortcut, nothing happens except my security software asks permission for Track IR to contact the internet....

I seem to have fixed it with your help. I noticed the Track IR process was running in task manager, but not in applications. Once closed, and with TrackIR located elsewhere (as per your suggestion) it all fired up nicely. Thanks for your patience and help with this!!
