Gave this a try with no favorable results. Its very strange, when in the PAUSED mode, IR3 works perfectly its when I unPause FSX is when the stuttering begins. Its violent and absolutely not able to use. IR3 works perfectly in LOCKON.

Have you tried a clean install of FSX?
any firewall software runinng?

Have not tried a clean install of fsx but from what others have said it did not make a difference. stopped the firewall in vista did not have any effect on the stuttering. Very odd that while in paused mode ir3 works perfectly only when unpaused any in actual play mode does the problem exist.

but just within FSX, it still is moving smoothly within the TrackIR software, even with FSX running.....

I was doing some research on this as I have a new install of FSX and have the same issue. Was this ever resolved?

What OS are you using?
What version of FSX (SP1/2 installed)?
Any other applications running in the background?
Is the TrackIR device tracking smoothly in the TRackIR software?
Whatr version of the IR software are you using?
