reinstate the keyboard emulation

Problem is, I fly CFS2, CFS3, and WWIIOL as much (actually more) that Il-2, SF, orFalcon 4.0. My policy when buying hardware is only to buy things that will work with all or most of my sims. Until trackIR can be used successfully with CFS2 and CFS3 (perhaps via keymapping), I cannot see myself buying. Which is a shame, because it looks like it works great with IL-2.
