Hi Buddhi,
If you utilize all of the next-gen OptiTrack technology (V100:R2 cameras in High Power Mode, OptiHubs, high-grade cables, and a mixture of standard 4.5mm and wide-angle 3.5mm lenses), you should be able to easily achieve a 12 x 12 foot capture volume--with the theoretical (and as of yet, untested) potential for slightly larger volumes still. There will be some trade off in tracking redundancy with the largest capture volumes, but high-quality tracking in a volume that size is still possible with optimal camera positioning and calibration. 24 camera rigs will sacrifice less redundancy than will 18 camera rigs.
For more information, especially as it pertains to your particular needs and capture environment, feel free to call our sales staff (888-865-5535).
