Ahh, yes, minimum camera coverage % is the one. There's some more to it, but for all intents and purposes that's it. You'll want at the very minimum 2 cameras to see it, however you will get much better results with 3 or more.

A couple more questions came up:

1) Does adding more infrared light sources change anything?
2) One of the tips of the 3-way wand broke. We fixed it, its almost perfect. Maybe its 1 or 2mm off (1mm = 1/25 of an inch aprox). Does that tiny displacement affect in any ways the calibration?

No problem:

1: It can, but it's more likely to cause interference than it is to aid tracking.
2: If it's one of the outside markers, yes. Inside, not so much. You can get more wand tips by contacting support@naturalpoint.com
