Some time ago I ordered ED-glasses form E-Dimensional. They sent it (optics after all) from UK in just padded envelope. I think it's their normal way of shipping.
After some testing I returned glasses to them (under 30-day money back guarantee) in solid cardboard box I bought. Not very expensive for my but maybe too expensive for them
