Yup you are right, is was not due to heat problem.
Just to clarify...it is because I really think this is a great product. When I put on my visor with the vector clip attached, I did not notice my hair blocked the top of the clip and thus tracking was not detected at certain angle. My bad....
Although my unit still runs very hot, but it is still working.
