TrackIR axies seem to get stuck
Re: TrackIR axies seem to get stuck
I tried multiple camera positions from middle to far left side of monitor, still same problem. I usually keep the camera on the left side where the three tracking dots are centered in tracking view. It is slightly higher than the track clip pro, but all three dots are always visible at all times. Also note.. all lights off in the room
Re: TrackIR axies seem to get stuck
I've just bought the TrackIR pro 4 and very impressed - apart from I have the same problems as mentioned here
Dark room, no obvious IR interference (unless 3 x LCD moniotrs could cause a problem?). Points are well to the top and don't get anywhere near the bottom.
When looking down, the head will often suddenly twist to one side and get stuck. A sharp look up and back will sometimes re-centre but doing this is a real pain and means BS is really difficult to fly!
Natural Point guys - are you actively looking into this problem - unfortunately it makes this product pretty unuseable in BS which is a shame as for me, it has so much potential

Re: TrackIR axies seem to get stuck
It is something that we have looked into, and have been unavble to reproduce. We are looking at updating the software, and hope this may also resolve the issue.
Re: TrackIR axies seem to get stuck
Hi Vincent. Sorry it took so long for me to get back.
The receiver is 22" away from my head dead straight on in allignment and height.
If it will help, I'll reload older software and see if the problem goes away.

Also try creating a new profile, and see if the issue remains.
