If NoGL does not work, it's not an issue with the rendering of the TrackIR software. The issue is likely with the implementation in game. Try removing the triple head and running it on 1 monitor as a test to see if that works. It will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.

It took me some time to find workaround.
I tried both directx and opengl setting for IL2 1946 HSFX and only on opengl game run fine.
To fix problem I had to go into NVIDIA control panel than 3D settings then program setting where I changed IL2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles Power management setting into maximal performance.
That did the trick for me.
Another temporary solution was switch TrackIR into mouse emulation mode and that worked in 99% - once game crashed.
It seems that the issue was not TrackIr software by itself but composition of very high resolution setting (power consuming) and TrackIR. When resolution was changed into 1920 x 1080 game run ok but quality of image was not acceptable for me.
Funny think was that I found final solution by a chance on SL forum when googling for NVIDIA driver errors.
System specification:
System - Win 7 64bit, 680gtx Nvidia 306.23 WHQL + Matrox Triplehead 2GO Digital, Athlon 965 quad, 8gb ram, Track IR 4 on 5.1.300.
Tested on IL2 1946 with latest HSFX patch.
