Are the two red lights inside the lens, top/bottom, or left/right sides?

Hi gents.

I have the same issue now. I've tried the solutions suggested above but no luck. Screen just freezes using latest versions of the software and version 4 just doesn't work at all.

It all worked fine until a week or so ago. Windows update might be the reason? I don't recall adding any new hardware.
Core i7
8gb RAM
Windows 7 64 bit
ATI Video Radeon HD 4800 2 cards

Any help would be appreciated.

A few people have now reported issues stemming from about the Time of the last Windows update, and have had luck fixing it by reinstalling their video drivers. I'm still looking into why this is.
