Are you using the clip pro, or the standard trackclip?

Looking at the camera view are the 3 green tracking objects centered, any red?

As you move, are the 3 green objects crossing overeach other?

...on a quick note...

the "Maximize to taskbar" is really starting
to annoy the heck out of me..

It's even faster/more efficient to bring up
task-manager, and end process than hunting
the TIR between task-and-tray to get it
maximized.

As stated, I am using the TrackClip PRO.
It's clipped onto the left side of my headphones.

The points never touch, but if I make them, the result
is very distinctive. This is not what I describe.

The lower point does change sides(Left/Right) with the center
dot

Question:
Is there a way to see what "offset" TrackIR *thinks* my
TrackClip PRO has? Perhaps if I tweak these numbers manually
I can force the tracker to correct values, (if this is what
is wrong).

Note 1:
I have not had this problem in previous builds.
I don't remember the exact build-number, but about 3-5 builds
ago. I think it was "TrackIR 5 Beta 3" or something like that.)

Note 2:
I do have a series of photos describing the Quirk".
If you're interested I could mail them.

Are you seeing a large center point, and smaller points to either side of the main IR points, when using the TrackClip Pro?

If so please email a screen shot, as well as your camera serial number to support.

I'm not sure what you are trying to describe.
But I see the 3 TIR points of my PRO-clip, in a vertical line.
However, since the diods are somewhat offset, turning the head
makes the lower diod traverse further than the center when I
rotate my head. As such, the lower diod will show up as being
either left or right of the center diod, but still "below".
...and never touching the center diod.

I nevertheless sent a mail to the support with pictures and
system information. I hope this will help.

Thank you.

Latest motherboard bios shipset drivers installed?

USB power saving turned off in the device manager?

Connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

If you have trouble with the software launch ,
-rightclick shortcut
-select properties
-select Compatibility Tab
-check the "Disable desktop composition" box

Done, you are good to go.

This one is really odd.. When I run any version of the 5 software with my TIR5 it stops SLI mode. Triple checked it. It literally turns it off. As soon as I turn off the TIR SLI comes right back.

Slight update. Windowing the software just to show the profile seems to get rid of the problem for now

1. latest drivers (as always ;) ) installed

2. power saving for USB always disabled

3. directly connected

...... Software stays online, camera too (ir leds) but there is no actual picture form the cameras perspective to be seen ..... I had to restart the software - than everything works fine... strange thing....
Nobody else got this issue?
