Track IR 4 no longer responds?

No no, it's a top piece of gear but I seem to have received a faulty one as is possible with any purchase.
It did work for a week and it was brilliant so don't be put off - plenty of people have it and have had no problems.

Shannon deffinatly do not cancle, it is a great bit of kit. Remember here you will find a lot of posts about problems as it is a thech support forum. I would read the New TIR Stories section to the forum for some nont tech support stories from users.

I'm with Barred on that. It seems people only come here when they have a problem (not me so far).
The rest are having the time of their lives.

hate to pile on here also ...i am relieved i'm not alone in this.... i've tried everything the others above have....my system wont even recognize the unit's existance..and still the little red light faintly glows.....but, PLEASE, make no mistake about it...im in love with this thing....PLEASE help me make it work!!!!!!!

I eventually sent mine back after trying everything and also trying in on other computers - I am currently awaiting the replacement and am looking forward to it - the game just isn't the same without it
