Thanks for the response.
I do have the latest drivers.
I have unchecked the "allow turn off" box. I have not had a problem since.

Are you running any other applications in the background?
Does it crash on TrackIR software startup (with, or without, the camera plugged in?)

Ok, the 5.0b Final software problem now. The software startup crash on desktop with and without camera!! Please help me!!!

No other application running in the background mode. I have changed a desktop theme, styles classic windows, for increase performance.
My operating system is Windows Xp Professional SP3 32bit.

Hi, I recently purchased TRACKIR5, the 5.0 FinalB software seems to work properly, but the keyboard and the mouse freeze, when i use it. So it's impossible to use any software. when i have trackir4, i have not this problem. (sorry for my english).
