Hallo Wayne,

Unfortunately I forgot to make a restore point before installing the new version of the software (yes, regret always follows and never precedes sin).

I did try to install the earlier version, but the problem remained exactly the same.

If you could help me to get rid of the registry that would be great.

Ok Wayne busted his but to help me out today

So far now I have gotten it to actually say TrackkerIR in the Device manager but it has an exclamation on it. and its not working.

Also I removed xkeys entries all i could find.

I rebooted and tried this serveral times. Is there something missing here?

Wayne is helping me on this but thought I would post it in case someone sees something oviouse.

Works now! Thanks to your registry keys.

How you ever figuered that @#$ out I will never know.

This was my first experience ever with a manufacturer of an I/O device who actually made available someone so skilled to custom troubleshoot a problem

Wayne also actually worked on it over the weekend to fix it.
