Licensing Issue

In your FAQ section, it states that "The version of the software for which the customer's license was originally valid will continue to work even if the license expires."

My license just expired 2 days ago and now I cannot open the tracking tools software because of my expired license. Is there something I need to do differently?

We can investigate this for you. Please email support@naturalpoint.com with the license serial number and the current version of Tracking Tools installed.
