why can not launch optitrack when license expired

Hello,

we have a optitrack set-up, and the license just expired currently, we are waiting for the budget to extend the license, but now so soon.
from license support FAQ, I can see that even the license has expired, we should be able to use the existing version tracking system, am I right?
but when I launch the software, it always stay at the starting page and indicates the license expired. so ,should I do anything to make it work again with the existing license?

Hello -

No OptiTrack software should expire, your licenses are issued for life, however your right to update is limited by the license. If you would like to email support@naturalpoint.com with your license serial and current software versions, we can try to find the cause of the issue.
