In fact, none of my hotkeys will do anything. I don't know if it's the key combos I'm trying to use or what. those are LCtrl+LAlt+NumPad 5 8 and 2 for Center, Precision and Pause, respectively. Going through all the default keystrokes in the game I don't think anything is assigned to what I'm trying to map.

The default keys are F keys that have in game functions so those are out.

What am I doing wrong?

I have the most recent versions of DCS: A-10C (1.1.1.1) and Track IR5 (5.1.3)

Try loading TrackIR and DCS by right clicking on the icons and selecting "Run as administrator" instead of double clicking on them, does that alleviate the issue?
