I will try to help you bud, let me get the facts down:
If you hit the 'pause' button (default f9?) - your trackir doesn't go red/green?

So where can I get support then?
This board, new and all, isn't yielding any assistance on resolving the fact that my hotkeys don't work.
I've sent my query to support@headtracking.com.
Contacting the company I purchased trackIR is giving me the same results - none.
I've already dug around and found many things to try while waiting for help. I've tried those many things, no improvement.
So where might I actually get some help then? Am I the victim of a large conspiracy to ignore me? Seriously, I'm trying to be patient but getting 'zero' doesn't help.
Thanks for any assistance, and my problem is here:

Dexmeister-
We've been corresponding over e-mail, and I just wanted you to know that you haven't been ignored. The fact is that we're still not quite sure what the root of your problem is, and I didn't see any point in contacting you with no new information.
Which I guess I just did.
Anyway, we are looking into it and I hope to have something substantive to offer you soon.

Thanks for replying and if there's anything I can test to help pinpoint the problem, let me know.
