We have a 12 camera setup (FLEX:V100R2 cameras). Our computer freezes when starting Arena V. 1.7.3 on Windows Vista 64 bit (latest SP). We have tried to install Arena on a fresh formatet computer with the same OS and we stil have the same problem. Sometimes Arena continues to load if we disconnect the HUB's from the computer and then reconnect the HUB's after Arena has loaded - so maybe it is a hardware problem with the HUB's or cameraes? Often we have to restart our computer 4-5 times before the trick with removing the HUB's works. The system works OK when we finally get Arena to start.

Have you tried 1.8.0 beta, available on our webiste, here? Do you experience the same issues with this version?

When updating from 1.7.3 to 1.8.0, Fully uninstall 1.7.3 from the control panel first.
