Double Dots (ground plane)

Hi I am running Arena (1.8) with a 24 camera setup (FLEX: V100R2). Most of the time everything works great but recently I've been getting double dots when trying to set the ground plane. Sometimes I need to block the view so some cameras cant see it, just to get 3 dots. I have to recalibrate every 1-3 days because of the work environment it's in. (lots of people passing through). When the system was working great for one of the other guys here, my skeleton was shaking and jumping all over the place. I tried replacing warn dots and setting it up from scratch. Nothing was helping so I restarted the computer, checked all connections and now I'm here trying to recalibrate. And that is where I'm stuck.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem? If so, what are some things that helped you fix it?

After setting the ground plane, could you take a quick recording (15-20 seconds) of the ground plane in place showing the double dots? Email the .pt2 file to support@naturalpoint.com and reference this forum post, and we should be able to look at it for you.

after I set the ground plane the double dots don't seem to be there anymore. And I can only set the ground after I cover parts of the dots until it shows up as 3 instead of 6. Should I screen cap before setting the ground plane so you can see what I mean?

That may help, let's give it a shot.
